FAQ - ACCOMMODATION

Room allocation depends on the date your deposit is received and current availability. To keep accommodation costs affordable, rooms are usually shared.

Students may check in up to two days before and stay up to two days after the elective start and end dates. For extra days, we recommend arranging accommodation outside of the programme – contact us for suggestions below.

The main accommodation is at Cedar Hill Crest, Villa, St Vincent – a peaceful area conveniently located near shops and the coast.

Toilet paper and washing-up liquid are provided on arrival but must be restocked by students.

If you have sensitive skin, bring your own detergent. Coffee lovers should also bring their own coffee – it is quite expensive on the island. Students are responsible for purchasing their own food.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available at the accommodation. For use outside the villa, a local SIM card with data can be purchased.

No, meals are not included. A meal plan may be introduced in future based on student feedback.

Yes, tap water on mainland St Vincent is safe to drink.
In the Grenadines, it is best to bring bottled water from the mainland or buy it locally.

Yes. Cleaners look after shared areas, but students are responsible for their own rooms, dishes, and drains.
Laundry services (washing and drying only — no intimates) are complimentary once or twice a week (Monday to Friday). Students fold their own clothes afterwards.
