Why Caribbean Electives Abroad (CEA)

We’ve been in operation since 2018 and, previously, with decades of medical and tourist experience in SVG, we are extremely well-versed in what an elective experience entails.

Though it is possible to take the independent route, it can be daunting work and unnecessarily challenging, as our own Dr. Tom Boulter found with the countless paperwork, difficulty in contacting hospitals, sorting out visas, booking accommodation and so on.

Additionally, you won’t reap the benefits of a true Caribbean experience, that can only be provided by local expertise. We guarantee the opportunity to explore the island paradise that is SVG in a completely different way than a standard tour operation, hotel or guidebook. We ensure that each and every student gets the most out of their opportunity.

If it is your goal to spend as much free time as possible exploring our island paradise, we will suggest the best of what SVG has to offer and arrange guided tours or activities. If you wish to focus your energies in the medical field, we will seek out the best opportunities for you and your individual areas of interest. Your infield work will go beyond shadowing doctors and making examinations.
